I am an ocean as far as I know
Endless and free
Soft waves thread through my hair
and, with magical mermaid breath,
I explore the refreshing melody of thick waters and a groundless tango
Forward, backwards, sideways, up, down, circling
I am everywhere and nowhere
Randomly emerging with salty lips, hair dotted with shells, a seaweed coiled waist
Water dissolves into my skin
As the waves pick at my ankles
Calling me back home
Any time
